Foiling ribs

I am firing up some spares and baby back and because I don't own a rib rack, I am rolling the ribs and holding them skewers. Anyway my question is, when I get ready to foil them, how should I?

Do I just wrap the whole thing in foil or should I flatten them out and then foil them? I just don't know how much room I'll have doing this.

Have some in foil right now. I always get the heavy duty wide foil. Flatten and seal up in the foil got about 30 minutes left then back on the grill to crisp up the outside.

I always just foil without laying them flat. In fact - never even thought about laying them flat. Will have to try that nexy time.

You can also flatten them and put them in one of those disposable aluminum pans covered with foil. Works the same as foiling them.
