These guys can really do it! Get to lunch early, though, because they usually sell out
! They operate out of a food truck (equipped with a REAL charcoal & wood smoker) and sell only BBQ and a few sides. You have to get something to drink in the convenience store that they are parked in front of.
I LOVE their brisket and just wish mine could come out half as well. Very fair prices. The two "mix and match" slider-size sandwiches are piled high and make a great way to try out two different meats.
