Long dreary week, granddaughter was teasing me about not doing any wings for her last week while I did crockpot chuck roast with pepperoncini for everyone else.
I made up for it with full wings, and some good local (Youse Guys) sausages,”boozy” caramelized onions and repeat of ”overly buttered roasted little potatoes

great looking meal there! do those potatoes pile up in the skillet and then go in the oven - or what method do you use to cook them through?

Ordinarily I’d put them on the kettle but, these went in a 400* oven should have come out ten minutes before but, they were still good.DB1B7AC8-2343-4DBF-83E8-609A6057D04E.jpeg
This is a smaller skillet, I drizzled some olive oil on the bottom filled up the thing with potatoes, rosemary and then the vast quantity of butter. Format worked out well with the spatchcock.
