FIXED Image posting challenges

Update. Cleared browser cache and cookies and it's working again....

I'm not able to post images clicking on the image icon next to the paperclip.

Is this just a problem with my phone?

I can attach a file and then do an insert full, but the icons along the top are greyed out...

if I can't post a photo, how will anyone know I made it


Anyway, It is not an issue when using a desktop computer with chrome, but was not working on my phone. I'll try rebooting my phone.
