My wife is awesome and asked me to take care of dinner for a few days this week/end. She knows I'm loving learning how to use the kettle, and she's smart enough to know practice makes permanent. She'd rather I have control of this thing and help me put good food on the table rather than fumble along forever.

Was pretty proud of the way my fridge looked
Didn't get any action/finished shot of fish. Guests arrived and I got busy.
Jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese, mexican cheese, chicken. Covered in beer-batter and fried on CI as poppers.

T-Bones, red potatoes straight on the grill, and beer-battered fried onion pedals.
Paprika and pepper were unnecessary. Smoke woulda been enough.
Couple dogs for the kids.
