So after a little prep work, five cloves of garlic diced up in with the clams along with one bottle of Guiness Stout. And the big Scallops wrapped in Prosciutto and dressed with EVOO Old Bay and Meyer Lemon Spice we are ready to rumble
Clams on first covered with foil till all the clams are open, still a couple of minutes to go here
Scallops on next and the Italian Bread dressed with EVOO and Garlic toasting
All done and heading in to the table, getting dark real early now
