First time Spareribs!

Looks GREAT DAVID! Can I come over??!!

say what, use the SNAKE method of charcoal burning and you'll NEVER have to add coal again AND no need for water (unless you're thirsty and HATE beer!)

I just found out about the snake method.....I'll have to research it some more to fully understand how many rows of charcoal to use. Not sure if they are stacked rows or side by side...or stacked side by side rows... Also, when they say to put lit coals...do they go next to the unlit ones or on top of the end of the snake?

Ive done the turkey on the grill for about 5 years now. I was even requested to haul my grill to someone's house to make it for them! It's really the brining that is the trick. The weber takes care of the rest. ;-)

I usually toss in some sage and rosemary into the coals when I first put it on. Sort of an herbal smoke....

Those ribs look delicious, but I hate your shorts weather, especially since I just spent the last hour and a half shoveling snow.
