It is all beautiful, but that prime rib is making me want to cook it again. I did it only once, on the kettle rotiss, and it was good, but I'd like to try it again with lower temp.

I did my first one on my Genesis and it came out great but the lower temp and the smoke just blew it away. Definitely go for it.
