Well just purchased a used, but well-kept 22.5 WSM yesterday afternoon for $250. As we speak I'm trying her out with a couple racks of BB ribs!

The ribs came out great and I loved how I didn't have to screw with the dampers every ten minutes. I used the foiled clay saucer in the water pan method. Temps held steady at 235-239 the whole time. I drilled a hole for a grommet using lamp rod for my maverick. I promise I'll post pics as soon as I can figure out how. I learned many things reading great info here. Thanks a bunch!
