First smoke...

Turned out great, baby back ribs. Rub had some bite to it, 3 hours on the WSM, 1 foiled, 30 minutes with a very light brush of sauce. I learned everything from reading the forums here, THANK YOU! They were a big hit with my wife and mother in-law.
