...and it's a big one! 18 LBs of boneless butt, an 8lb chicken, a slab of bacon, 3 slabs of ribs and a 6 lb shoulder (a friend brought it over at 7:30 this am to throw on!)

I started the WSM with the minion method at 10PM last night and put on the butts. Smoked them all night until an internal of 175. I will finish them later in the oven. Put the chicken, bacon and ribs on at 11. The shoulder is looking good too! OAT is a cold one, think it was in the single digits last night. Full ring and 3/4 chimney kept me at 240 all night long. Added about 30 briqettes when I put on the ribs and chicken. Looking good!

Dinner at 5:30!!
 
Also, used applewood from one of the trees in my yard that we trimmed last year. My wife wanted to know why there was a chainsaw in the dining room this morning!
