it turned out very well. course, the real test will be later when someone else besides myself tries out the meat. it was tender enough where I could pull it apart with my fingers. I knew it was done when I stuck my fork in it to slice it. Can really taste the marinade. I am just amazed at how juicy it is. You smoke someting for that long you expect it to be somewhat dry. This was very moist and tender. Still can't get over the fact that the bullett still has heat right now as I speak. This is no ordinary smoker. I would call this endeavor an unmitigated success. The real test comes later when my fiancee and family gets to try some.
