First post... Boneless Ribs!

Here is my first attempt at boneless ribs. I think they turned out great. I'll make my own rub and sauce next time instead of store bought stuff.

Thanks! They were really good. I'm going to try the same thing only using apple wood in stead of mequite this time. Just to see what the differance is.

do you use a dslr? I'm getting rather bored with my point and shoot but can't stomach the price tag of a better camera.

I use a Canon 1D Mark II or a Canon Rebel XT with either a 17-40 f4 L or a 70-200 f2.8 L lens. Here's a pic of the 1D

I'm guessing you'll be about the only person around here that spent more money on your camera than your bbq rig.

gotta love the white lens....i use a 5dmkii and 40d myself.....havent ponied up to buy L glass yet though .....maybe next tax return....this one went to fund my Webergarden

You will be amazed when you put some L glass on that 5DmkII. It's well worth the money IMHO.

I did some more boneless ribs today and used apple wood this time. I like the taste even better using the apple wood. It seems to be more sweet, or at least less bitter than the Mesquite.
