First Pork Butt on the 18 WSM

Hi all! Second cook on the WSM but first butts. I cooked two and both on the top grate. I injected the butts and made Soo's rub. The temp held really steady at 250 pretty much the entire time. One butt took about 9.5 hours and the second was closer to 11. And it was the smaller of the two!

Anyway, everybody loved it and it was a lot of fun. Oh, I also made some ABT's on the lower rack at the end of the cook.

Thanks V Rocco. It was a lot of fun. Looking forward to smoking some more ABT's and other appetizers for our first tailgate of the year coming up in just 11 days!
