Actually did the chicken on my Performer. Perryville is in the Northeast corner of the state. I am about 20 minutes from Pennsylvania and/or Delaware. Thanks for the comments!!

nice work, reminds me that I have to steal back my mom's xmas present (a upright chicken roaster complete with ceramic chicken head for the neck hole*). She hasn't used it yet, so I think its fair game.

*technically I bought it for a xmas give-away-take-away and she ended up with it
