Did my first 10 hour cook on the EX6 today. The grill performed flawless. Filled the hopper before, first hour on smoke boost then 225. I truly set it and forgot it! I did check the hopper a few times but didn't touch the pellets just to see what happens. They loaded perfectly. Oh and the pork was fabulous, super juicy! I'm a believer!
