Well for Christmas my girlfriend got me some scotch and a 14.5 inch WSM. Slacker that she is, she didn't get around to putting together the WSM for me until last weekend! So my first smoke was some wings and a whole chicken. Put the chicken on the bottom shelf and the wings on top. Grill held steady around 225 degrees or so. At 90 minutes, I ate the wings... delicious. At 3 hours I took the chicken off and ate most of that too... Really good. Great smoker this WSM. Easy to use, steady temps. I can see myself using this a lot. I would post a picture but it says below that i don't have permission to do that.
