It's using the design my girlfriend came up with called the "ring of air". It was so efficient, we cooked the butt for 10 hours today. It could have cooked for another 8 hours easy on a full charcoal ring in 18" WSM.
I liked the orange with the blue combo you did, so I did an orange ethernet port
