We finally opened our windows and are running the whole house fan. It feels so good to not be in AC. I hated the past two weeks, between travel to Vegas and coming home to this he||.
We’re cooking some picanhas tomorrow. And will eat dinner on the patio.
Mine’s not as big as John’s but we’re celebrating the start of Oktoberfest a week early with a German bratwurst, sauerkraut and a Bavarian beer!

Neither am I. I guess it’s considered or similar to a Helles lager. It’s typically what’s drunk in Munich at the festival these days. Much lighter than the Marzen style that has always been associated with Oktoberfest here in America. I say drink whatever you like!
