First cook on the 22.5" WSM

For my first cook I made Baby Back Ribs.

They came out great!

Nice first cook Mike. I see you have a food saver on the counter, if you don't finish all the ribs vac pac em and heat em up later in a pot of boiling water the next time you get a hankerin for ribs but don't have the time to smoke any. Those look killer dude.

Thanks, compared to the 18" WSM , the 22.5" model is HUGE! Very roomy with no need to crowd the meat.
