Just thought I'd post my first cook graph on my new HeaterMeter. Overall I'm incredibly happy with the results. Made some ribs at 225 and the HM kept the temp pretty consistent for 6 hours. Using the cat bowl fan mount for the time being on a WSM. Making a 12lb. brisket next weekend and looking forward to it!
