James J TVWBB Super Fan Dec 20, 2020 #1 I received the Cabela’s jerky pistol as an early Christmas gift. Mixed up 2 pounds of ground beef with Backwoods jerky seasoning, curing salt, and teriyaki. Made 2 trays and put them on the WSM at 180 for 4 hours. Really pleased with the final product, and will definitely be making more!
