First attempt at Beef Back Ribs.

Did them on the 26.75", was able to maintain abot 270 with one charbasket, and marinated them in coffee and lawrys seasoned salt 30 minute marinade, tasted awesome.

I will need to make another try to get my hands on some beef ribs. Thing is, that cut is not available where I live.
This looks so good that I will need to give it another shot. Maybe I'll have to buy the whole cow, so I can cut it up as I want?
