Finally scored on CL! (18.5 inside!)
Tracked an ad for a week for an Estate Sale that started this morning. The ad vaguely mentioned a Weber Smoker/Grill. Hoped to get there right at the start at 9am but traffic was horrible and I got there around 9:30am worried it would already be gone. But alas there it stood waiting for me. Best part was when i first heard about it last week I emailed inquiring about the asking price for the WSM. I didn't know if it was an 18.5 or a 22.5. I got a reply that said they're asking $115 for it. I got there and saw a tag on it that read $75. Immediately claimed it and said I'll take it. Loaded it into the truck and came to work. It's an 18.5 btw so now I have two! Can't wait to get home and start cleaning her up. You can see "DT" on the damper which leads me to believe it's a 2003 model. Which tells me i need to get on the horn with Weber about replacing lid and bowl because I noticed some rust spots when i did a quick once over. I'm just so glad I was able to pick this up at such a great price. Perfect timing too as I just got back from turning in my application for an amateur competition so this will definitely come in handy!!
