WHERE’S THE BUTT !!! They protested... the performer resto has ended ! Yes, me too, he announced, and you shall have IT !!!
And that they did on Sunday April 29.... Subsequent to the extraordinary tutelage offered graciously by BUTT KING , Vincent Carrocci , I succeeded in making a splash because Vincent’s instructions took me right into the cooler,just when he said it would happen....I mean, 195 and probed like BUTTA , with just the right amount of time for resting. I can prove it with the following travel pics . KK’s finishing sauce with a rub for Jane, and others to sample, made believers of the skeptics .
As is the case with momentous first encounters, this is not a brief tale. I can assure all that the PORK STEAK ( thank you Jim Lampe and others ) experience will be an abbreviated report in comparison. As Jackie used to say......AND AWAY WE GO !!

rest 'til 5:30 and pull the 1st butt

the troops are calling "ready here"!
