Howdy, My name is Robbie Ho! My friends call me "HO", short for Hochstetler. I've been lurking here for several years and have learned many things and stolen many recipes.
I am the proud owner of three Weber grills, a very old performer, a well used 22' RMS, and now a Genesis 330. I love to slow cook and fire up meals of the gas grill. Some of my favorites are grilling the veggies, from Romain Lettuce to Brussel Sprouts.
Living in Texas many a fajita and brisket have passed through the smoke on "The Porch". As I learn to insert images I'll share! I am eager to continue my lifelong joy of grill, smoking, cooking education! So I can't wait to meet y'all, and share a beverage or two!.
