I decided to do a brisket for Mothers day, I had decided to do it on the 22 so I also bought a chuck roast for some shredded beef and a rack of St Louis ribs. When I got it home I realized it would fit on my 14.5 but then I would have to do the chuck on the mini and the ribs on the lower rack of the 14.5.
I am still going to do them all on the top rack of the 22.

I will post pictures tomorrow.

The brisket is 5 pounds but thin, 2-3 inches while the chuck roast is only 2.7 pounds but thick, about 4 inches, like a brick.

I thought to put them both on at the same time as I figure 5 hours for the brisket and the chuck will be 5-6 (I hope)
