Finally Figured Out Temp

I will post pics later. Last Friday I threw a butt on before work and did a 12 hr low and slow. I finally got my temp to hold steady for the entire cook. I was at 225-235 for all 12 hours with almost jo work. My hutt was awesome. I love the bullet. Thanks to all the smoking tips from folks on this site.

I used mine for the first time last week and loved it right away too. Even new it held temps dead on for the short 5 hrs I used it with no issues. Next one for me is a few butts so cant wait to see your pics. I`m used to a kettle with insert and constant checking and charcoal refills so the WSM is better on the set it and go factor..

The really good news is that once you get to that point the 4-5 hour cooks (ribs, etc.) are really easy.
