Filled meat loaf rolled in bacon(greek style)

Ok so my wife had an meatloaf filled with feta cheese,home made pesto and olives rolled with "weaved" bacon,(bbq web style)
Dident use the same ingredeants but u get the idea(feta,pesto and olives is a killer combo)

The minced meat was seasoned with salt,pepper,chili and kumin.

Any way when i got home the chimney she started was 5 min from done.

So enough time to put some washed potatoes in a mix of butter,thyme,salt and sliced fresh garlic stalkes from the garden,put all in a tray and put it on the grill with the loaf.

Served with pickeled galic,pesto and aioli.
