Filet mignon w/ Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus, Melted Onions, and Baked Potato's

So after scoring twice on CL this past week (Click here for the original post) I decided to break in my new toy with some Filet mignon w/ Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus, Melted Onions (recipe found on the weber site), and BP's.

Everything went off without a hitch - fantastic meal for a cool & clear west coast Sunday evening! I will let the pictures do the talking:

I'm not sure what looks better, the cooked food at the end or the bright shiny toys at the beginning! Great looking meal. Liking the idea of those onions right in the coals. If you're peeling outer layer or 2, guess it doesnt hurt anything.
