Favorite "non-typical" BBQ meat to smoke?

The haunch is the Kangaroo lower leg thigh it's about the only part apart from the tail that is eaten. The upper legs are very small you wouldnt get a small mouthfull of meat of both of them.
I just got some Emu steaks today and I will try them this weekend. Emu is similar to Ostrich. The taste is a cross between chicken and beef and also has a gamey taste as well.

I did some Elk Sausage on Smoke day... came out real good! Awesome flavor. Tons of garlic in it and it was flavored with Guinness.
