I had to try one of theses fatties. I must say they are very easy to make and quite delicious....gotta watch how much you eat at one sitting, tho!!

Some thin sliced peppers, cheese and cilantro left over from Carne Asada Tacos from the Furthur Concert Tailgating Party.
