I had a long day of cooking for the family even though it was also my day but I enjoyed it. I had asked for a stuffed pork loin idea and Kevin came up with a Great One. I used the WSM as an oven since no smoke wood, thats why i put it in grilling, and tried to run it around 315. This was a fantastic addition to the menu and has already been requested again. That looks so awesome. I must make one of those. It is really impressive, and probably pretty cheap to buy all the stuff. What did you have with it?
