Father's Day Turkey

My father in law and I teamed up to do a bird for father's day. He brined this 18 pounder for me, and I brought the WSM over to his place to cook it up. Ran at about 260 for four hours with a dry water pan. This was easily the most moist/juicy turkey I have ever had!!
