Back to my form, another Paella on fathers Day. Can't resist!

Ok, you seriously dropped four whole, steamed lobsters on there?!??! Makes my paellas look lame!

I love the over-the-toppishness! Bet you had some pretty happy diners, Gene!

Yes, it's all about the diners. They were hungry. On fathers day both daughters and wife's entire family show up with/for food. Everyone travels with empty Tupperware in the trunk.
Of the nine years of doing Paellas on Fathers day, there have NEVER been any left-overs, to the chagrin of those that didn't make it !

That is an 18" carbon steel Paella pan, the size allows the cover to fit over the handles on my 22", for fire control.
