Famous Daves BBQ

Famous Dave's is ok, nothing more. In my opinon, it's one step up from Tony Romas and many steps down from mine.

I can agree with everyone here. Your own BBQ is always the best. I hit the Famous Dave’s in Wisconsin Dells many moons ago when I wore a younger man’s clothes, and before I got into BBQ. My wife and I got the ribs, and I thought they were heavenly. Then I heard that a new one was opening down by me in Orland Park, Illinois. So we waited a hour to get in, got some ribs and brisket and they were totally dry. It all depends on the pit master of that place.
