Started fall harvest canning.

Next up, tomato sauce and Chipotles.
Nice Mark. Wife just put up canned peaches, our pears aren't far from picking time, We're loaded with cukes, so I'll be doing sweet pickle relish and bread & butter pickles tomorrow and maybe another batch of fermented dills in a few days. Peppers are coming in, so some fermented hot sauce is coming up, along with Tomato/Jalapeño preserves. Will be dehydrating any overload too. It's that time of year. Harvest and preserve the bounty.
 
Must be nice, I'm lucky to get weeds to grow. Sure sounds like Mark and Bob got the handle on canning, those jams look great Mark.
 
Thank you… as expensive as Sonoma county CA is, we are blessed with the highest quality food at not so bad prices. I am hoping to get Jalapeños from a friend to do Chipotles.

This is something the gf and I have discussed, a garden and processing/canning what we grow. Tired of relying solely on the grocery stores for sustenance.
