Fajitas!

I heart fajitas. I might even marry one if it were legal. Then eat it...which...probably wouldn't be. LOL

For this batch of fajitas, I used a nice skirt steak that I marinated in chile lime marinade, red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, habenero-lime salsa, and my favorite part...

HABENERO JACK CHEESE!

This cheese is seriously spicy all by its lonesome...and seriously good.
