I was just reading the above post regarding the phosphate comment and was wondering if the use of the Fab products is like "Home Enhancing".

I would have to give some careful consideration as to how much pineapple juice is used in an injection. The proteolytic enzyme bromelain it contains could cause some mushy pockets in the meat.
 
True. I think I will skip pineapple juice and just try apple juice. Leave the pinapple juice for spritzing ribs.
 
I use 4 to 1 ratio water to FAB. Add a good shot of hot sauce too. Some dry white wine is nice for pork in place of some of the water.
