Thanks Larry, seemed like a real disconnect for you to like something that got such a negative review...hence the problem with names I saw higher in the thread. I emailed that I would like to try a box or two but have not heard back yet.

Well I just finished off my first box of this stuff and I've got to say I'm pretty impressed. Following are a list of the individual cooks I did with a single 22 lb box:
1 - 18.5 lb turkey
2 - Tri-tip cook
3 - Butt cook, 20 + hours
4 - Brisket cook, 17 hours

After today's cook I've probably collected enough leftover "un-burnt" from all my cooks to do at least another 12 hour low heat cook. Not Bad.

LOL! You've got a great memory, man did that cook suck. Nothing like third degree burns on your hand to ruin your BBQ LOL.
