EVERYTHING Sticks to the grate! How can I avoid this?

The method is to simply fold up a clean paper towel, dip in a small bowl of oil, then liberally wipe the grates.

That method also serves another purpose. It also cleans the grate from any foreign material like a stray bristle from a grill brush.

I also use this method and find that it works very well.

Ok, burgers sprayed with avocado oil. No sticking, no problems. On to chicken this weekend!

Use tongs to hold the paper towel and wipe the grill. Don't ask.

DING DONG THE WICKED STICK IS DEAD!
Okay cooked burgers, herb chicken, Tandoori chicken, and Hawaiian chicken kabobs. I cooked a lot this weekend. All sprayed with avocado oil right before hitting the grill.
