ET-73 question

Hello all:

I just got my new ET-73 in the mail and am planning my first overnight cook. It will be a 14 lb pork butt and a 7 lb brisket. I have figured out how to set the thermometer to alarm when it reaches a high temp, but how do I do it so I can place a probe on the grill in case of a low temp issue overnight?

Thanks in advance!

Rob

Same way you set the high, but use the "LO" button on the lower left. Hit it until the temp indicator blinks, then hold it until you get to your desired low temp. Hit the middle "mode" button to set. If the low temp is already set above your desired low, you have to hold the lo button to cycle again

LOL. ok, I have the 73. Send it back. They'll take care of you. I understand their customer service is pretty good. I am not familiar with the 7
