Epic Fail turned into Perfection

Used a Spare Temp Probe because I couldnt find the original & it didnt give correct reading. Pulled off Smoker & it wouldnt shred. Took my Instant Read Thermometer & it read 160. So back on for 4 more Hours & it was perfect. Happens to the Best of us!!
