I prepped everything the night before and was still going from about 9am until I served the meats at about 7:00pm. Everyone keeps saying we should just all go eat at a restaurant to make it easier on me, but I get soo much satisfaction from seeing people enjoy a meal that I'll gladly work my hind end off to make it happen.
Considering you live closer to me than most of the people on tvwbb we should make this happen this summer!
