I prepped everything the night before and was still going from about 9am until I served the meats at about 7:00pm. Everyone keeps saying we should just all go eat at a restaurant to make it easier on me, but I get soo much satisfaction from seeing people enjoy a meal that I'll gladly work my hind end off to make it happen.
