Comment - never let someone else buy your meat.

Question - my wife went out and bought ribs that were frozen (now thawed) and enhanced. Should I just take them back or have a go at it? If I cook them using BRITU, should I cut out all of the salt or half or what?

Thanks for any help. No matter what, I'm having ribs for the 4th.
 
Enhanced ribs are the only meat I have been disappointed with. I had the rub already mixed and it was very salty. When done I thought they were on the tough side.

I would cut out all the salt.
