Hey Dan,
I'm with you there, those barely count as brew.

Consensus is that it could be the consuming of large amounts of meat close to bedtime. Next BBQ will be earlier in the day then, eat by 5pm, instead of the eating at 9pm like last time.

Thanks guys!

well, more seriously this time, I would agree eating before bed isn't good for sure. I do very very often, but its such a darn routine I have to get out of, and It sounds like I should probably stop. so yes one more vote for that also, it only makes sense. sorry bout the beer jokes, too. Bad news is beer is almost a hobby, lol. Good news is i'm not an alchoholic because if I had to choose between beer and coffee, coffee would absolutely win that one, it is also damn near a hobby. BTW i bet too much coffee is also bad. im just a mess cause I drink that before bed too... and beer... and eat a lot... oh god I better leave this post, sounds like i'm doomed when I get older. good luck amigo.

Yeah it has happened to me about three times, and the only consistent factor is eating a large amount of animal protein just before bed.

I often pig out before bedtime on other junk, and it doesn't affect me the same way. Other than the ever expanding waistline.

That being said, I'm off to get me a big, hot Philly cheese steak sandwich, from one of these local diamonds in the rough, here in San Francisco.
