It lights quicker and does not have the smelly blue smoke, it burns quicker than blue on a med to high heat grilling session.
I used it for the WSM 3 times and got 12 + hours, but it has almost as much ash as blue which requires some leg tapping and fire poking.
If you do alot of q'n it is not worth the price IMO, but if your an occasional q'r it is not that big of a diff in price.
