Dumbest question EVER!!!

I had the same problem when I first got mine, took me about 30 minutes to get the darn thing in. I was about 3 beers in so I gave up and pored beer on it as I thought it couldn't hurt, sure enough in it went.

You did better than me. It took several attempts over a 3-day period before I finally got it.
