Drunkin potatoes.


 
Looks like some great sausage. So, after looking at this and JimK's post, I'm intrigued. Rearranged and defrosted a couple freezers last week to make room for some beef and came across a whole fryer chicken that is going to be one of our holiday meals later this week. As good as those drunken potatoes look, they could surely only be better if they were placed on the bottom grill under a rotisserie yardbird in the WSM right??
