I use the dollar store variety (when i remember to USE the durn things that is

). I use 'em once and toss 'em.
 
If you mean the ones in the drip tray in your gasser, I probably go through 2 per season.

Drip pans used in an actual cook -- it depends how nasty they get. I purchased a 14" deep dish pizza pan for my WSM as a sort of permanent drip pan. I had hoped it would fit in the top of the water pan, but it's slightly too big.
 
How about buying whatever size drip pan you want and just lining it with foil each time before a cook?
 
Cheap foil from the dollar store works great for covering the charcoal great, i new one of these days i would find use for that cheap foil.
